For those of you who have not seen Les Vogt's TV Show, "Equine Insights," on RFD-TV, he is one of the horse world's premier trainers, teachers, and innovators. Les is a 15-Time World Champion known for training winning reining and reined cow horses that are famous for their great attitudes and longevity in the show pen.
Les has won the prestigious NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity two times and in his only trip to the AQHA World Championship show he won both the Senior Working Cow Horse and the Senior Reining Events, a feat that has never been done by another rider/horse combination. Les has also been honored in the NRCHA Hall of Fame three times, first as a competitor, then as the owner of King Fritz, and finally as the trainer of the great horse Chex A Nic.
Although he still shows occasionally, Vogt now spends most of his time giving clinics to riders all over the world, to help them learn how to get the most from their horses. Known to many as the Trainer's Trainer, Les enjoys sharing what he has learned with others and seeing them experience greater success with their horses.
As a teacher and clinician, Les lectures extensively in the United States, Canada, Australia, and western Europe. His clinics welcome both professional and non-pro students, and every clinic is tailored for the participants. Using a combination of lecture, demonstration, and practice drills, as well as show simulations, Les' two-day clinics draw rave reviews and repeat students.
