$600/Month - Includes full service board, at least five training sessions per 
week, one owner lesson per week, and a personalized plan for you and your 
horse to ensure we not only meet, but also exceed all of your individual goals.

Off-site sessions available for horse owners with ​property (trainer will travel). 
​$60/hour, plus trip time at the same hourly rate.

Haul-ins are always welcome, but our trainer is also happy to conduct lessons 
at your facility ($60/hour, plus trip time at the same hourly rate).

We have horses available for lesson use, if you don't have one of your own.  
They are suitable for riders of ALL ages and abilities! LEASE OPTIONS!

Horses for Sale
At Future Performance Horses, we take great care to provide our clients
the highest quality training, boarding, and horse sale services, 
all personalized to serve your unique needs.

AQHA Professional Horseman and LVT lives on site.

Pasture Board $200/month

Small group pasture setting (individual turnouts are available for an additional fee); trailer parking; discounted lessons with our award winning AQHA Professional Horseman; and use of the community tack area, lounge, outdoor arenas, cross-ties, wash-rack, and trails. Owner provides hay and grain or is welcome to feed from our supply at cost. Stallions welcome!

Basic Board $300/month

Includes everything in pasture board, PLUS one personal 5' x 15' tack room; one 15' x 15' or 15' x 25' stall with mats, semi-private grooming bay, fly-control system, lights ($25/month for light-therapy on show or breeding horses), manger, automatic waterer (boarder feeds, mucks, and provides all grain/hay/shavings or is welcome to use our supply at cost); and indoor turnout. 

        ***15' x 25' stalls are no additional charge; however, broodmares will receive preferential placement.***

Full Service Board $400/month

Includes everything in pasture and basic board, PLUS up to three feedings per day (boarder provides grain/hay/supplements or is welcome to use our supply at cost); stalls cleaned multiple times a day (boarder provides shavings or is welcome to use our supply at cost); blanketing/unblanketing (boarder provides blanket); and holding horse for the farrier/veterinarian (boarder arranges appointments and pays all farrier/veterinary bills).

Proof of negative Coggins, current vaccinations, deworming, and health certificate (for out of state horses) 
will be required prior to any boarding/training stay.

Includes everything in full board, PLUS...

Feed (Purina Ultium or Purina Active Senior and added beet pulp, as needed)
Hay (high, horse-quality Bermuda and/or Alfalfa, as needed)
Supplements (DAC products)
Routine deworming (every four weeks using rotated active ingredients to maximize effectiveness)
Regular hoof trimming by an AFA certified Journeyman (every five weeks)
AND daily conditioning workouts (hand-walking, longeing, etc. TBD by horse's health and ability-level)

Our trainer is a Licensed Veterinary Technician, who has a special interest in equine nutrition; she will evaluate your horse's needs and create a personalized plan to SAFELY meet his/her health requirements, as well as your individual goals. Let our decades of experience take the guess work out of rehabilitating and/or conditioning your horse!

***Owner is responsible for the cost of special shoeing and all veterinary services***
