Training board includes full service board, at least five training sessions per
week, one owner lesson per month, and a personalized plan for you and your
horse to ensure we not only meet, but also exceed all of your individual goals.
$1250 for “30 days” case-by-case basis (usually only applicable to halter breaking)
$1150/month on 90 day commitments (required to start a horse under saddle)
$1050/month for continued training after initial 90 days
Colts/stallions are happily accommodated - a $100/month additional fee applies
Individual Lessons - $100/hour
Group Lessons - $80/hour/person

Haul-ins are always welcome, but our trainer is also happy to conduct sessions, lessons, and clinics off-site. Please contact for pricing!
If you don’t have a horse of your own, no worries! To get you started, we have a variety of multi-discipline horses available on-site ($60/lesson horse use fee); they are suitable for riders of ALL ages and abilities! Partial leases are required after the first month.

AQHA Professional Horseman and LVT lives on site.
Pasture Board $350/month
Small group pasture setting (individual turnouts are available for an additional fee); trailer parking; discounted lessons with our internationally award winning AQHA Professional Horseman; and use of the community tack area, outdoor arenas, cross-ties, wash-rack, and trails. Horses are fed twice a day - owner provides hay, grain, and supplements or is welcome to feed from our supply at cost.
Stall Board $550/month
Includes everything in pasture board, PLUS one personal 5' x 15' tack room; one 15' x 15', 15' x 25', or 15' x 30' stall with mats, semi-private grooming bay, fly-control system, barn and arena lights, manger, water, and indoor or outdoor turnout. Horses are fed up to three times per day (boarder provides grain/hay/supplements or is welcome to use our supply at cost) and stalls cleaned multiple times a day (boarder provides shavings or is welcome to use our supply at cost).
Additional services, such as blanketing/unblanketing (boarder provides blanket), holding horses for the farrier/veterinarian/massage therapist/chiropractor (boarder arranges appointments and pays all bills), administering medications, light therapy (for show or breeding horses), etc. are also available on a case-by-case basis for additional charges. Please inquire for specifics.
***Large stalls are no additional charge; however, broodmares will receive preferential placement.***
Proof of negative Coggins, current vaccinations, deworming, and health certificate (for out of state horses)
will be required prior to any boarding/training stay.

Routine deworming (every month using rotated active ingredients to maximize effectiveness)
Regular hoof care by an AFA certified Journeyman (monthly trims are included in board, shoeing, done as necessary, is at cost)
AND daily conditioning workouts (hand-walking, longeing, hot walker, hill work, etc. TBD by horse's health and ability-level)
We are a Nutrena Certified Farm, with a nutritionist that visits once a month, and our trainer is a Licensed Veterinary Technician, who has a special interest in equine nutrition; together, she, he, and our horse health professionals (listed above) will evaluate your horse's needs and create a personalized plan to SAFELY meet his/her health requirements, as well as your individual goals. Let our decades of experience take the guess work out of rehabilitating and/or conditioning your horse!
